These terms govern your use of Kid Routines, provided by OpticPing. Contact: copsonroadapps@gmail.com. Our privacy policy explains data processing.
Family accounts and responsibilities
The family owner must be an adult authorized to manage the family and provide information about its members. You are responsible for deciding which adults and devices can access your family, obtaining required permissions or consent, and keeping your sign-in and pairing information secure. Do not share pairing codes publicly or access another family's data.
Routines, stars, and rewards
The app helps families organize routines and agree on rewards. Stars have no cash value and are not transferable money. Family adults are responsible for the rewards they promise and for reviewing submissions. Kid Routines is not a childcare, medical, emergency, or professional advisory service.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or unnecessarily sensitive content; interfere with the service; bypass access or plan limits; impersonate another person; or misuse photos and family information. Upload only content you have authority to provide. OpticPing processes it as needed to operate the service, not to acquire ownership of your family content.
Free and Pro
The app offers free features and optional paid Pro access. The price, billing period, currency, and applicable taxes shown in Google Play at checkout govern your purchase. Pro subscriptions renew under the terms shown by Google Play unless canceled. Availability and features may change; material changes to paid access will be handled subject to applicable law.
Cancel through Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops future renewal, with access continuing through the verified paid period. Refund requests follow Google's applicable process and any mandatory consumer rights. Uninstalling or signing out does not cancel a subscription. See subscription help.
Expiry and account deletion
When Pro expires, access and active resources may be limited to the free plan. Excess resources may be paused rather than deleted, and additional adult access may be revoked. Deleting the owner's app account deletes the shared family, including access for other members. Deletion requests cancellation of linked renewal, but provider confirmation can be delayed. A limited billing record may remain as described in the privacy policy; deleting and recreating an account does not restore deleted family content.
Availability and changes
Network, device, provider, and maintenance issues can interrupt service. Offline changes may need synchronization, and revoked or conflicting changes may not be accepted. We may make reasonable service changes or restrict access for misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of photo proofs.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Responsibility for a dispute depends on applicable law; these terms do not override mandatory protections in your jurisdiction. Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.
Updates
We may update these terms and display their effective date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. If you have questions about a change, contact support.
