Subscriptions & billing

Google Play handles purchases. Review the price and renewal period displayed at checkout; do not rely on an old screenshot or price quoted elsewhere.

Manage or cancel

Use the Google Play account used for the purchase. Canceling renewal is different from removing the app, signing out, or deleting family data. Paid access normally continues through the verified remaining period; provider state determines entitlement.

Restore purchases

Use purchase-status or restore controls in the app. A purchase belongs to its verified original Kid Routines sign-in identity and cannot be moved to another Google sign-in just because both use the same Play payment account. Remaining paid time may be restored after original-identity account recreation, but deleted family content cannot.

When Pro expires

Free limits apply: one active child, five active routines, two active rewards, and no additional adult access. Excess resources are paused rather than automatically deleted. Photo proof is a Pro feature. Plan capabilities and actual purchase status are verified by the app.

Deletion and refunds

Account deletion requests stopping linked future renewal. If that request is pending, manage renewal directly in Google Play. Deletion does not automatically refund the current paid period. Contact Google Play about refund eligibility and OpticPing support about app access or verification problems.
