Request account & data deletion
Delete your Kid Routines account and associated family data. You can request deletion without installing the app.
Request by email
- Email copsonroadapps@gmail.com with the subject Kid Routines account deletion request.
- Include your Google sign-in email so we can locate your app account. Please do not send child names, photos, passwords, pairing codes, or payment details.
- We will reply with any ownership-verification steps and confirm the scope before processing. Sending an email is a request, not immediate deletion.
Delete inside the app
The family owner can open Settings → Delete account & family, review the warning, enter the family name, and confirm. If your installed version does not have this option or cannot complete it, use the email request above.
Shared family impact
Owner-account deletion deletes the entire shared family and revokes access for adults and children. Guardians and children cannot delete the owner's family; contact support about your own access or information if needed. Signing out or uninstalling is not account deletion.
Data removed
- Owner account, family and child/adult profiles, sessions, and device pairing access.
- Routines, rewards, submissions, review comments, stars, progress, and activity history.
- Uploaded photo proofs, including queued storage cleanup.
Offline devices cannot be remotely cleared immediately; protected family data is cleared when they reconnect and revocation is verified. External storage cleanup can require retries.
Subscriptions and records kept
Deletion requests stopping future linked Pro renewals, not an automatic refund. Until cancellation is confirmed, check Google Play and cancel there if necessary. Your Google account is not deleted.
A minimal billing ownership record may remain through the remaining paid period. Only the original verified Google sign-in identity may restore remaining paid time to a new family; deleted family data is not restored. Temporary credentials remain only while cancellation needs verification or retry. Completed deletion-status records are removed after 30 days; unfinished cleanup records remain while needed to complete deletion. See the privacy policy for details.
